 Separate Chip Box and Coolant Tank
Large capacity (80-gal) coolant tank is designed to prevent heat transfer and is easily
removed. Separate type chip box is provided for convenient emptying and cleaning.
Additionally, operator can remove chips during machine operation.
 Utility cabinet
A convenient Utility cabinet is located under the operator panel to store tools and
accessories. Utility cabinet door can be used as a shelf for micrometers, gauges, manuals etc.
 One position torque limiter
Myers torque limiter clutches assure safe reliable performance. Production can be
easily restored just by one action.
 Automatic Tool Setter
“Q-Setter” reduces set-up time by minimizing the need for manual skim cuts,
measurement, and entering of tool offsets. A four-position touch sensor mounted
on the end of the arm allows tool setting in any direction. As tools are touched-off
on the sensor, tool offset values are automatically calculated and entered.
