The following quote is for rebuilding two Davenports using your machines.An outline of work performed is below:
1. The machine will be dis-assembled and the main castings inspected for
breaks. Any castings found cracked will be brought to your attention
and you can provide good castings or we will quote you to replace.
2. All of the castings will be degreased, cleaned and painted.
3. The head casting will be bored for a new revolving head.
4. The stationary head will be replaced with new, line bored with the
revolving head and pined to align with the revolving work spindles.
5. The following parts will be installed new:
Electric Bijur lube system with new oil lines and meters
Bronze worm gears
Bevel gears
Compound gear
Clutch drive gear
All shafts
Bearings
Bushings
Spindles (inner, outer and work)
Ball Bearing pusher tubes
Pick off spindle
Cross Slides
Motor drive belts
Cam rolls and pins
Cam carriers
Electrics
10 hp Motor
This quote is good for 60 days from above

6. The following parts will be rebuilt:

Rebuild threading clutch assembly (new style disc)
Note:
We will be using your machines to be rebuilt, and any castings found to
be unusable, will be brought to your attention with a cost to repair them.
Warranty - A turn test will be performed from the 2nd position to give an
average deviation of no more than .0017 between the five spindles.
The machine is warranted against defects in workmanship, under
normal operation and maintenance, less any operator error for a
period of one year or 2,000 hours for labor and part replacement.
Terms - 1. A deposit of 40% with the order.
2. A deposit of 50% when machine is ready for shipping.
3. Balance of funding 30 days after receipt of machine on your
Floor.
Delivery - 12 to 14 weeks for both machines
