Machine is equipped with:
5 slides. 1st, 3rd cutoff, 4th, 5th, and 8th.
H.S.D.A. 2nd, 3rd, & 6th.
4th position universal threading w/ Acme air threading clutches.
7th air operated pickoff (not on machine) and 7th back finish slide.
Machine was built with Acme's Cyclo Index Mechanism.
Field installed Cyclo Index's Hi/Lo Mechanism.
Gusher type coolant pump.
12" universal chip conveyor.
Stock reel and stand.
Fiber glass stock reel sound enclosure.
CONDITION:
Carrier drop (measured at 12 o'clock in both the front
and rear) is .008 in the front and .007 in the rear.
The tool slide lift is .022. (Being Rebushed)
Additional information on this machine is that new
spindle bearings, retainers, and flingers were installed
in July of 2006. This machine was then taken out of
service less than two weeks after installing them.
Machine has not run since.
