Hydraulic Power Unit - with 50 gallon (approximate) reservoir to provide system hydraulic fluid for machine operations. Automatic heating cycle assures consistent operation and the accumulator maintains constant pressure.
Swiveling Pendant w/Touchscreen Operator Control - includes message center consisting of a touchscreen display providing the operator with total machine control from any location around machine.

Threading Unit GWE 35/120 QC, QCLS with Rapid Approach - electrically controlled through a threading control box with modular plug in. Four proximity switches (one fixed, three adjustable) are used to signal the stroke cycle positions. Spindle speeds to 2,000 RPM easily changed by pulley replacement to timing belt. Feed rate of the spindle is controlled by a precision quick-change type lead screw that provides maximum accuracy for O.D. or I.D. threading operations. Unit is equipped with rapid approach feature (approximately 60mm) which facilitates threading operation at the bottom of long holes or shafts. The quick-change lead screw is mounted outside of the unit housing which allows rapid change over and setup of the threading operation.
