Detailed Description:
Reconditioning of MT4-200 Kitako In South Carolina

Per our phone conversation most companies don’t do a complete rebuild and control retrofit on these machines except in rare cases. Generally we are asked to quote the following.

Disassemble, clean and inspect the machine.
Grind and fit all slides.
Install new ballscrew assemblies and thrust bearings.
Rebuild turret indexing units and replace all internal limit switches.
Rebuild spindle assemblies.
Rebuild carrier indexing unit.
Replace all hydraulic components with new.
Rebuild lubrication system with new components.
Replace all external limit switches.
Replace all drive belts and coolant hoses.
Reassemble machine and test run.
Conduct parts run-off with customer representative present.
New machine tolerances guaranteed workmanship guaranteed one full year.

We have some customers who remove their slide assemblies and ship them to us for rebuilding. We grind all ways, install new Turcite, refit gibs and caps.
Clean and flush lubrication system.
Reassemble installing new ballscrew assemblies and thrust bearings.

All wear items replaced.
