Equipped with a vertical trunion, this rotary transfer machine
allows highly accurate machining of both ends even when highly
complex requirements need to be satisfied. The Eubama S-12
machine is threrefore suitable for tasks involving the
simultaneous double face machining as well as traverse
machining with the radially positioned machining units. The
horizontal and radial machining units offer quick change facility
so that re-tooling times are kept to a minimum and the use of self
centering clamping with a wide range again helps to keep setting
times short. The machine can be either hydraulically or CNC
controlled depending on requirements and components can be
fed by coveyor, vibratory bowl or pick and place units or for
complete production from either coil up to 16 mm dia or bar stock
up to 25 mm dia.
