Loading/spraying/drying cabinet in the center of the unit.

Electric convection-heated blower dryer behind the cabinet.
Hoist above the cabinet for automatically lowering the parts into
the wash tank and raising them up for rinsing, rust-inhibiting and
drying.
Control Panels:
Operator control panel (OPC) w/touch screen and pushbuttons for
running automatic programs, controllers for monitoring and setting
fluid tank and dryer temperatures, and an emergency stop (E-Stop) button.
Main control panel (MCP) on the right side of the machine with a main
disconnect, 7 day heater timer, conductivity controllers, and E-Stop
button.
Tanks:
Wash tank (tank 1) directly under cabinet w/a patented LIQUID TURBO-
CHARGER that cleans parts w/turbulent flow of a proprietary detergent.
Holding tanks (tanks 2 and 3) for deionized rinse water.
Holding tank (tank 4) for rust-inhibitor.
Automatic refill system for all tanks.
Automatic purge for Tank 3.
Automatic recharge system for Tank 1 to maintain proper detergent strength.
Heaters for each tank to maintain fluid at desired operating temperature.
Diverting tray that covers the wash tank during fluid spray and drying
cycles and returns sprayed fluids, through a funnel to their respective
holding tanks.
Oil skimmers for the wash tank and the 1st rinse tank.
Intergrated Split-Matic Unit for de-emulsifying and recycling the
detergent used in cleaning and the oil used in machining.
Chip remover for Tank 1 and bag-filter unit for each tank.
