five combi-spindles capable of drilling and tapping
Quill diameter is 100 mm, with 200 mm max stroke.
Spindle bearing diameter 35 mm (front).
4 kW and 3.5 kW motors, frequency controlled.
Some spindles with internal coolant.
Cross-slide on 1 spindle.
2-jaw self centering chucks, 200 mm diameter.
With loading robot.

Notes

machine is still under power and in operation..
Machine has produced approx 1.5 million aluminium parts and 600000
brass parts since installation. First 2 years run on 3-shifts (24/5) and
since beginning of 2006 only 2-shifts
Machines and robots have separate prices as they were purchased
separately.
