The Lanner processing concept:
Chips are introduced automatically with a chip cart dumper by means of chip carts
The dumper feeds the chip crusher for volume reduction
Crushed chips are transported by conveyor into the centrifuge (chip wringer)
Dry chips are discharged into containers or conveyors for further transport
Reclaimed oil (coolant) is discharged into an integrated tank with pumps located
on the conveyor Automatic control of the entire system from a central control cabinet
Throughput of the chip processsing systems:
